Job Description
You will manage all operations and projects and report directly to the President and CEO. You will bid and manage Projects. You will manage and mentor Project Managers and field personnel. You will prepare and implement management programs that include technical and administrative direction.

Manage all aspects of Operations including bids, proposals, projects, labor and material
Schedule personnel work and goals to be accomplished, affirming quality and well organized operations that will complete projects according to design, plans, specification and schedule
Observe and inspect all project job sites.
Manage and maintain records of permits, field inspection reports, construction activity reports and other construction project documents.
Project scheduling; coordination; utility coordination; quality control; and field decisions and supervision.
Manage all projects, project managers and other personnel.
Manage construction contract negotiations and subcontract negotiations for acceptable terms and conditions. Prepare extra work orders, change orders, claims, and progress schedules.
Make decisions about what types of projects to bid, develop strategies and techniques for successful bidding.

Education and/or Experience:
Four year degree in engineering or construction management.
Minimum 10 years experience in electrical construction industry as operations and senior management.
Demonstrated success in managing, leading, mentoring and motivating a high performance team
Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction, technology, equipment and methods.
Working knowledge of construction contract negotiations and union agreements.
Thorough knowledge of onsite safety requirements, procedures and monitoring
